Before you begin your application….

The following will be required to be uploaded during the application process.  Please make sure they are to hand before you start:

1.     Photo for ID card – this should be a photo of the head and upper body, saved as a picture file (GIF, JPG or PNG) and not PDF as this is not compatible with the resizing software.

2.     Certificate(s) of achievement - We require a copy of the certificate of achievement for every scope you are applying for*.  NB we cannot accept the candidate result sheet or an email from the training centre

*A certificate must be uploaded for each box ticked.  If you have a combined certificate you will need to upload it again for each scope.

PLEASE NOTE:

Registration of any new technician(s) or scope(s) of registration begins after an internal review of your application. Confirmation will be sent via email once this is completed. Works completed prior to this may not be eligible for notification through the OFTEC system as prior to certification.

For solid fuel registration, entry is acceptable via the OFTEC 108 training course, or if you are applying with a HETAS appliance installation course, this is also acceptable, but only if accompanied by the HETAS H006 System Chimneys training certificate.
