Applicants who have completed the liquid fuel (oil) assessments but have not yet received their certificates should contact LCL Awards - enquiries@lclawards.co.uk. Candidates who have undertaken heat pump assessments should contact NICEIC - enquiries@certsure.com.

Can I transfer to another OFTEC Approved Centre?

Yes. On our website, there is a link to enable you to find an approved centre near you. From here you will be able to find a centre that is local to you that delivers the course or qualification.

Will I be charged further fees to complete the course/qualification?

There may be additional fees to pay for any services provided by a new centre. We are unfortunately unable to advise on these fees.

Can I claim the fees paid to Combined Heating Services Limited back from OFTEC?

No. Combined Heating Services Limited was an independent business. Any queries relating to fees should be directed to the Liquidators.
