Safe, reliable electrics
From January 2005, the government in England and Wales brought in new legislation to help improve electrical safety in the home. Because there is sometimes a small amount of electrical work carried out on heating systems, this is covered by Part P of the Building Regulations in England and Wales.

Check to see whether your OFTEC Registered Technician is qualified to undertake electrical work if your job involves this. It should list 103 under the qualifications on his identity card.
