All Competent Persons Schemes such as OFTEC have complaint schemes to investigate non-compliant work by scheme registrants. If you come across non-compliant work which has been done by someone who does not belong to a scheme we can now report this to Local Authority Building Control on your behalf by completing a form and sending it to OFTEC.
